  • The PETG filament has a diameter of 1.75mm and a net weight of 1kg. It is meticulously vacuum-sealed with a silica desiccant for optimal storage. Rigorous production quality control, including a triple filament diameter feedback mechanism, ensures the filament consistently meets high standards, with deviations as rare as 1 in 10,000.
  • For 3D printing with Cura, we recommend layer height 0.2-0.3mm, heated bed temperature of 60-65°C and a nozzle temperature range of 220-240°C. Set the printing speed between 25-300mm/s, with retraction lengths of 3-5mm and retraction speeds of 40-50mm/s. A support flow of 70% and a Z top distance of 0.3mm are advisable. This premium 1.75mm PETG filament offers a wide processing temperature range, ensuring consistent diameter and roundness, minimal stringing and warping, and strong layer adhesion. Free from impurities and clogs, it comes in a vacuum-sealed bag , and each spool has a net weight of 1kg.
