  • This foam cutter comes with a universal 100–240V adapter that provides a dedicated 7.5V/2A (18W) output. Be sure to use the included adapter to avoid damaging the device. The foam cutter features a non-slip grip and a convenient side switch to ensure safe operation.Using an incompatible adapter may damage the device. It is suitable for artistic modeling, student craft projects, bell-making, and creative modeling.
  • Electric foam cutting pen is designed to work by melting the material rather than cutting it. Never push the tip without preheating it for 30–60 seconds. Maintain a steady speed of 1–2 centimeters per second to achieve a smooth, clean, and debris-free cut. Forcing the tool to cut will cause permanent damage to the heating element.
  • When not using the foam cutting pen, please place it back on its base. You can turn off the power switch and leave it on the base to cool down; we recommend limiting each session to no more than 30 minutes and letting it rest for 10 minutes after use. The tip of the cutting pen becomes very hot, so please do not touch it.
  • Hot wire foam cutter is designed specifically for soft, low-temperature foam (flash point ≤ 200°C). Strictly prohibited: Do not use this tool on KT board, EVA, high-density polystyrene, or hard plastics. Using incompatible materials will damage the tool.Use the middle section of the heating element in the foam cutter to make the cut; moving it at a steady speed will produce a smooth cut.
