  • 40 PIECES, 4 THICKNESSES: 10 each of 0.1mm, 0.2mm, 0.3mm and 0.5mm. Stack them to reach any gap from 0.1mm up to 1.1mm in 0.1mm steps, so one kit covers the full adjustment range instead of ordering a single size and hoping it fits.
  • EXACT 8 x 14 mm SIZE: 8mm inner diameter, 14mm outer diameter, fits M8 bolts and shafts. DIN 988 precision shim washers. Measure before ordering, this listing is the 8x14mm size only. Other diameters available in this range.
  • STAINLESS STEEL THROUGHOUT: corrosion resistant material, not plated mild steel. Holds up in gearboxes, engine bays and humid workshops without rusting or staining the parts it sits against.
  • DEBURRED AND FLAT: tight tolerance shim washers with clean, deburred faces that sit flush instead of cocking the part. For bearing preload, end float, pulley alignment and squaring up assemblies where a flat washer is too thick.
  • BEARING, SPACER AND MACHINE WORK: bearing shims and preload on 8mm shafts, M8 bolt and fastener spacing, pulley and coupling alignment, plus machine setup where a 0.1mm step is what you need.
