  • HIGH PRECISION MEASUREMENT - With ±0.5% accuracy and 0.1N resolution, this 500N load cell gives QC teams repeatable readings for inspection. Capacity is about 112lbf or 51kgf; do not overload, as exceeding 500N will permanently damage the sensor.
  • 999 PEAK DATA MEMORY & USB OUTPUT - The gauge stores up to 999 sets of peak test data and supports USB data output to a computer. The USB port is for data transfer only, not for charging, so you can move saved readings to a PC for statistics and reports.
  • FREE WINDOWS SOFTWARE & REPORT EXPORT - Connect the gauge to a Windows PC to view a real-time force-versus-time curve. The free software exports CSV, Excel, and PDF files, but the live curve is recorded only while connected to the computer, because the gauge does not store curves.
  • THREE MEASUREMENT MODES & RECHARGEABLE BATTERY - Real-time, PEAK, and AUTO-PEAK modes hold the maximum force after a sample breaks for destructive limit testing. The built-in 5V 1700mAh battery runs about 6 hours and is recharged only with the AC adapter (100-240V input, DC 5V 0.5A output); do not charge over 12 hours.
  • M6 THREADED INTERFACE & CARRYING CASE - The standard M6 threaded connection accepts optional M6 tension and compression fixtures, sold separately, for push, pull, peel, and break tests on springs, buttons, connectors, and packaging. A factory calibration certificate and carrying case are included for storage and inspection.
